Epicurean Wines

Every year we bring in fresh grapes to harvest from our neighbouring valleys in Washington. We use the same equipment you see in the small vineyards in the Okanagan to aid in our process. With countless varietals to choose from, we are always adding more to our repertoire as we keep active with what is trending in the industry.

Grüner Veltliner
A crisp, dry wine. Tarte at the front, buttery one the finish. What makes this wine so unique is its signature vein of acidity that explodes in your mouth like pop rocks. This acid burst quickly after every sip, with a delicate tingly aftertaste.

Sangiovese

With layers of flavor: bright cherry aromas with just a hint of leather and earth marries with rich red fruit flavors and zingy acid on the finish.

Cabernet Shiraz

The two heavy hitters brought together. If you're looking for a bold, full flavoured wine, this is it. The Shiraz brings the Juicy mid-palate, and the Cab brings the rest.

Riesling

With intense aromas that rise from the glass, this aromatic wine offers primary fruit aromas of orchard fruits. An off-dry rendition of a traditionally sweet wine.

Syrah

Well balanced with a strong underpinning tone. This Syrah brings a fruit forward profile with pepper notes. The new age of power meets balance.

Sasyr

A succulent, supple, well-structured palate with a silky smooth finish, a versatile wine. Good with meats, pastas, risottos, or even just on its own.

Cattiva Blend

Our vintners blend is a great utilitarian wine combination. Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah provide flavors and textures that are appropriate from the back patio to the dining room.
